INTRODUCTION TO THE WORK
This is a versatile plate for thawing frozen meat and keeping fruit fresh. It does not require extra energy but relies on the principle of heat conduction. Hot water can be used to speed up thawing. If you put it in a refrigerator for five minutes or add ice in the tray, it can be a plate for fruit or sashimi.
