Gangxia North Hub is located at Shenzhen CBD, close to the central North-South city axis overseen by the statue of Deng Xiaoping. Placed right at the junction of one of Shenzhen’s most important major roads, Shennan Avenue, with busy Caitian Road, Gangxia North Hub occupies a strategic position in the city transportation fabric. The project covers around 290,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 217,000 square meters. The project investment is approximately 7.01 billion yuan. Besides the rail transit station, the design integration of Gangxia North Hub includes municipal roads, Bridges, tunnels, and non-motorized systems, as well as underground spaces, bus terminals, parks, and urban infrastructure facilities. The urban value of the project is reflected in three aspects: 1. Central transportation hub: Gangxia-North Transportation Hub is a four-line transfer hub in the central area of the city. It is a transportation hub integrating subway, bus, bus rapid transit, car line, electric vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian. 2.S upper city link: The construction of Gangxia North Hub is the key node of the underground space ring network of the Futian central area. The project reserves the development connection conditions to Futian Hub and Crystal Island along Shennan Avenue in the west, connects Liancheng Xintiandi in the south, and reserves the conditions to extend to Shanghai Hotel in the east. The hub also reserves a number of connection conditions with the neighbor. It constructs an underground space community with comprehensive functions in a construction-intensive urban area. 3. Opportunities for environmental integration: Through the walk-in sunken plaza on both sides, the project rebuilds the surrounding environment into an innovative urban park with openness and sharing for the public. By introducing the urban function into underground part of the city, Gangxia-North Transportation Hub reaches the goal that stitches underground and overground part of the city with a kind of permeating method that is like the rain moistening the crops gently and silently.
岗厦北枢纽位于深圳中央商务区,南北中轴线东侧,深南大道与彩田路十字交汇处。项目占地面积约29万平方米,总建设面积21.7平方米。工程投资约70.1亿元。岗厦北枢纽除轨道交通车站设计外,同步包括市政道路、桥梁、隧道和慢行系统,以及地下空间、公交场站、城市公园及城市综合配套一体化设计。 本项目的城市价值体现在三个方面: 1.岗厦北交通枢纽在城市中心区的四线换乘枢纽,是集地铁,公交车及快速公交,车行,电动车、自行车及人行等多种交通方式为一体的交通枢纽。 2.超级城市链接:岗厦北枢纽的建设是福田中心区地下空间闭合成环成网的关键节点,项目沿深南大道向西预留了向福田枢纽、水晶岛的开发连接条件,向南和连城新天地相连,向东预留了向上海宾馆方向延伸的条件。枢纽本体也预留了多处和周边地块的连接条件。构建了一个建筑密集型城区功能复合型的地下空间群落。 3.环境整合机会:本项目实现了城市环境的重塑,通过地下空间两侧步入式的下沉广场打造成全民性、开放性、共享性的创新城市公园。将城市功能无感渗透入地下空间,实现缝合城市的目的。
